No refunds apply to Dog Training Courses as class sizes are limited and your place cannot be reallocated. Forty eight (48) hours notice of cancellations of Private Lessons and Initial Assessments is required. If you are unable to attend lessons or assessments due to medical or other unforeseen circumstances a credit for another course, lesson or assessment may be applied at the Trainers discretion. If Trainers need to postpone classes, lessons or assessments due to the weather or other circumstances, catch up lessons will be offered at no additional cost to the participant.
